Anakin Skywalker and Cortosis Super Battle Droid

Accessories
Anakin Skywalker comes with lightsaber and jedi cloak.
Cortosis Super Battle Droid has no accessories.
Both figures are packed with the Dark Trooper's arms.

Look and Feel
First off I bought this pack ONLY because I wanted the parts to complete my Dark Trooper.

The Anakin figure is pretty cool in my opinion. He has a great snarl on his face and I love how his robes are all roughed up. It is a very good look for Anakin. The only problem with this figure is I already have it from the comic pack which featured a much cooler droid!

The Super Battle Droid is different in that it has a new upper body look and new arms so at least your not getting another repack. The look is fairly cool, but I have so many SBDs that I feel that I have enough.

Articulation
Anakin sports ball hinged head, shoulders, elbows, and knees. He also has swivel wrists, waist and hips. All in all not half bad, but seeing that there is a high price point and your buying a repack it would have been nice to get a little more articulation.

The Cortosis Super Battle droid has limited articulation and even less than the figure it is based off. He has swivel shoulders, elbows, hips, and knees and has a ball jointed torso. The original had ball jointed shoulders.

Overall Reaction
This pack was painful to buy at the store knowing that I had my share of SBDs and already had the Anakin. There wasn't even an attempt to jazz up the Anakin like adding the cape to Grievous. I will say the SBD isn't as bad as I thought, but that Anakin is going in the pile for customizing or my son's toy box. Like the Grievous pack, pass on this unless you must have the SBD and or the Dark Trooper.
