Commander Bly comes with two blasters, rifle, helmet, and missile launcher with missile.

Look and Feel
All in all Commander Bly looks very close to what he looks like in the show right down to the belt and mark on his cheek. His pauldron and skirt are spot on as is his helmet. I do wish that he came with a backpack instead of that ridiculous missile launcher. He was featured wearing a backpack in the episode Defenders of Peace during season 1. I would say the only issue with the look is that he is too clean, but we know what that is with Hasbro.

Articulation
Just like all clones in this line they are all super articulated! Commander Bly has ball-hinged neck, shoulders, torso, elbows, wrists, knees, and ankles. He also features swivel hips.

Overall Reaction
Commander Bly is a fantastic figure and would have been my pick of the wave if not for a pirate stealing the top spot. I have him displayed with all the other officers from the Clone Wars and they just look absolutely stunning together. In my opinion this is a must buy figure for Clone Wars fans.
