Corran Horn & Whistler

Accessories
Corran Horn comes with lightsaber, lightsaber hilt, blaster and helmet.
Whistler doesn't comes accessories.
Both figures are packed with the Dark Trooper's torso.

Look and Feel
First off I bought this pack because I have a problem buying figures with cool names and droids! Whistler fit both for me and a Jedi X-wing pilot doesn't hurt either. I was really pleased with Corran Horn's helmet and the amount of extras he comes with. The droid being my favorite color made this a slam dunk for me! I am sure they will sucker me into another Horn though as he doesn't have the right lightsaber because he comes with Luke's and later on in the comics and such he has goatee.

Articulation
Corran Horn sports ball hinged head, shoulders, elbows, torso, ankles, and knees. He also has swivel forearms and hips. Not bad for a 2006 figure as this is a modified VOTC Luke Skywalker.

Whistler is a typical astromech and has a swivel head which moves his sensor scope up and down (funny how I would rather a vintage version that is pulled up and pushed down instead of an action feature. Again Hasbro has much better versions. I would rather the retractable third leg version.

Overall Reaction
I am pleased and would have probably bought this set sans the Dark Trooper part. I am eager to add Corran Horn to my rebel pilot diaroma and I will try to find room for Whistler too! Like the Maul pack this is an easy buy for droid and pilot fans, but be careful. Once you have a set or two you will want the rest to finish the Dark Trooper! Luckily for me the only one I can't find is Boba Fett which has the Dark Trooper's jet pack and you don't really need it to have a full figure.
