Giran is packaged with his hood, skiff staff, and a build-a-droid piece.

Look and Feel
Collectors were treated to not one rancor keeper, but two during this wave of figures. For the first time we got the side kick Giran and boy does he look good. His head sculpt is done very well and I love the removable hood touch. For all you customizers out there a couple head swaps would result in a few more skiff guards for dioramas. You don't see this character with a weapon in the film, but having a skiff guard staff really completes his look. I was very pleased to see that Hasbro didn't go with soft goods on this figure as I think a sculpted figure did the job perfectly. All around this is a great looking figure!

Articulation
Major Panno features ball-hinged neck, shoulders, elbows, ankles and knees. In addition he has swivel forearms, waist, and hips.

Overall Reaction
I think this is a slam dunk must buy figure. He is a screen seen character that we have not gotten in the past and Malakili always looks so alone standing in Jabba's court. On top of that this figure has fantastic articulation and was painted and sculpted rather well. He doesn't come with all the extras that the rest of this wave does, but this figure really doesn't need it. Thank you Hasbro for giving us yet another member of Jabba's court.
