R4-P44 has a removable third leg.

Look and Feel
R4-P44 looks like he just rolled off the assembly line. Hasbro has stated with the clones that because of cost, they wouldn't be adding battle weathering to the troopers and this again is evident with R4. Other than not have the wear and tear as seen in ROTS, he looks great!

Articulation
R4P-44 has swivel joints in the dome, shoulders, and side feet.

Overall Reaction
R4 is a perfect example of how the build-a-droid program should have worked the entire time. It gave fans an astromech that we didn't have before. I must say I was surprised by Hasbro's pick to use this droid as opposed to single carding him. R4 had much more than a blink and you miss him role in the movie, but I am not complaining.
