The Legacy Collection
Wave 6
Bulid-a-Droid #41
Princess Leia - Medical Frigate

Accessories
Princess Leia is packed with her blaster and a droid part to the build-a-droid U-3PO.

Look and Feel
My first impression of this figure was yet another Leia for the collection. Sure this one is different, but how different could it be? The answer, it really isn't all that different save the head. I was very impressed with the head sculpt and it is a decent representation of Carrie Fisher. After some of the horrific ones I have seen in the past I was happy with the look of this one. The rest of the figure works for me as Hasbro mixed in some soft goods and seemed to capture the likeness.

Articulation
Articulation is the downfall of this figure. Leia does have the pretty standard points of articulation such as ball-hinged head, shoulders, elbows, and knees. She was also give swivel wrists, waist, and hips. Did you notice something missing? Yup, no articulation in the feet. This lack of articulation drives me up a wall as Princess Leia is very difficult to pose so that she can stand on her own. It is for this reason that this figure is one of my least favorites of the wave if not the least favorite.

Overall Reaction
I was never really excited to pick this figure up, but with decent head sculpt I didn't mind it. The lack of articulation in the feet really makes this a poor figure. That on top of a figure that you can basically stand in front of a window for its only purpose really has me disappointed. If you can get the right leg for U-3PO somewhere else, I would say go that route.
