Question 1: how about doing alternate heads as a mail away? Send in 5 pop and shipping and you get few alternate heads you can pop on your current figures. Through in a couple different head accesories (bespin guard hat, hoth soldier scarfed hat, imp officer hats). Fans can troop build. Lets say you did 5 different generic human heads. They could be used to make 5 different hoth soldiers. Then those same heads could be used to make 5 different endor rebel soldiers.

Good question. I would get these.

I submitted this question for the last round. I'm sure the answer will be some form of "NO".

1. Sideshow is doing a new sculpt of momaw nadon. I like it because his body is thinner and in my opinion better. He also could have his articulation updated. Is he anywhere on your plan list. If not will the last version be released as is on vintage card.

2. I am surprised how much I like the new C-3PO. I really like the way the face and chest pieces fit. My question is: where did he come from? Was he originally going to be an Episode 2 version?

3. For Episode 1 - Jedi were released with lightsaber colors that are different than any other lightsaber colors since. If you look at figures like Sae See Tinn, Plo Kuhn, Ki Adi Mundi, and Adi Galla their blade colors do not really fit in with colors that came after episode 2. Obviously the lightsabers were never ignighted on screen before that. My question is did lucasfilm aprove or suggest these colors? My question really comes from my curiosity of when George decided jedi blades were only blue and green with the exception of mace windu.

4. MY FAVORITE OF THE 4 Questions I submitted today.
You really seem to do an excellent job on some characters. Slave Leia, Luke Bespin, and Bossk come to mind. They really always come out great and are an improvement from the previous version. The three of them were all some of the highlights of the POTF2 line. Then their respective follow up releases were also highlights of their time. You even worked an action feature into a bespin luke that did not interfer with the asthetics. I did not think it was possible to top the VOTC Luke Bespin from a few years ago, but you did that too. The most recent versions of all these characters are some of the best figures ever. Other characters seem to be more difficult to nail. Is there something about certain characters or outfits that really work better than others? Can you tell us a little about what makes a character difficult or easy to sculpt.

I like #2 and #4 a lot. If you check out the review of the 3PO figure at JTA the only thing Paul could come up with as a source material for that figure is the Tartakovsky cartoon when 3PO gets his coverings as a gift from Padme to Anakin.

In the Anniv. of ESB why is the new Slave1 not offered in Classic Trilogy colors? I fear that this is a oversight since the next possible large scale release is ROTJ and this vehicle was not even seen in the movie. What factors had come into play to do the vehicles release in this fashion- it seems a no brainer that this would sell heavy right now and be in line with all the other ESB themed releases. The first time the original Slave one was released (Kenner days) it came out in conjunction with the Cloud Car and Snow Speeder- but not this go around. I feel this would have flown off the shelves- no pun intended.

It goes to the heart of their decision making process- why not now- who came up with that winner of a game plan.
